I’ve been to Valentino’s so many times now that I’ve lost count. But one thing remains for sure – Valentino’s has never once disappointed (Granted, prices here aren’t that cheap for family Italian dining). Oh and the panna cotta is still as good as before.
This is a very short post; it could easily fall under the definition of a pictorial. But since I’ve covered Valentino’s a few times before……please forgive me? For the proper reviews, please read my previous entries here: Review 1 and Review 2.
Complimentary Bread good as usual.
Treccia (S$35.90++)
Basically DIVINE TASTING braided mozarella cheese that accompanied the extremely sweet, slightly marinated tomatoes. Give me more, anytime.
Vongole Linguini (S$23.90++)
Fresh clams, al dente linguini pasta in a light white wine sauce; What more can you ask for in this simple dish?
Lamb Ragout with Penne (S$35.90++)
If you love lamb, you would love the lamb ragout pasta. It’s chockful of flavour and increases with every bite.
That said, I felt that it was a tad too dry for me – but then again, it’s just a personal preference.
Panna Cotta (S$12.80++)
I’ve not had a better rendition of this classic Italian dessert anywhere else in Singapore, just yet.

This HAS TO BE the Best Panna Cotta in Singapore!
Latte (S$6.80++)
A strong cup of latte puts a fitting end to the excellent meal. Valentino’s, I’ll be back.

Their Treccia and vongole are always my orders whenever I’m there!

Most Visa credit cards can be used worilwdde, so I believe you can get cash advance at any place where Visa is accepted. Mind it that for this type of transaction a fee is charged plus there is a fee for foreign exchange. these are general rules working for Visa cards. To be absolutely sure of what you will have to pay for it and where you can get your money, you’d better ask the bank that issued the card.

IKR. But they do it so wonderfully I look forward to it everytime I’m there. Love the cold milkiness of the mozzarella, it’s so refreshing!

[...] cotta was somewhat firmer than I would have loved it to be. Memories of Valentino’s have the best panna cotta started to cross my mind. I had no complaints what-so-ever with the other elements of the dessert, [...]
