I had this meal a few months back, therefore the menu items may have changed since.
I’ve blogged about OTTO Ristorante many times before – Link 1, Link 2 and Link 3 but my opinion does not waver. It’s definitely one of the better Italian restaurants in Singapore coupled with the impeccable service led by Manager Paolo Zanin and kitchen led by Chef Michele Pavanello, there’s no reason not to return again.Note: This post is mainly a pictorial.
Amuse Bouche – Langoustine tartare
Pan roasted Foie Gras with Tropea onion jam and Brioche bread
Vicentina style baked cod with soft polenta
Slow braised veal ravioli served with truffle and sage emulsion
Linguine Boston lobster in spicy light tomato gravy
Pan roasted ‘halibut’ fillet wrapped in Parma ham with baby spinach and langoustine sauce
By the way, I absolutely adored this dish!
